Benalmádena also includes Benalmádena-Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. It is a distinct tourist resort with lots of hotels and bars/restaurants. In Arroyo de la Miel is also the famous Dane-owned amusement park TIVOLI WORLD, which in addition to being one of the largest amusement parks in Spain also has numerous restaurants and bars as well as a large outdoor theater where world artists from Spain and the rest of the world perform every summer. Benalmádena-Costa is home to one of the two casinos on the coast, Casino de Juego de Torrequebrada. In addition to the casino, this one-room tourist complex also contains a 5-star hotel with the famous Torrequebrada Golf course, tennis courts, gym, shops and a large congress hall, as well as, of course, a restaurant, bar and lounge. Benalmádena Costa has nine kilometers of coastline and one of the largest and most famous marinas in Spain. There are thousands of berths for boats between 6-30 meters and 2-5 meters in depth. Here you can find all the services you could want as a boat owner: water, electricity, fuel, ice, car parking, boat workshops, staging areas, etc. and a boat club.
In the harbor there are also a number of good restaurants, bars, boutiques and hotels. Considerably nicer and more well-built than Puerto Banus, but not quite as popular, despite the fact that in 1995 Benalmaden's Marina was named one of the world's best marinas in a major international survey.
The village of Benalmádena Pueblo is located two kilometers from the coast and is worth mentioning for its very special Andalusian architecture with white houses and narrow streets with balconies overflowing with flowers.
